Regional Center for Food and Feed

It was established in 1980 with the cooperation of the government of Denmark under the authority of the Egyptian Agricultural Organization. The center plays a vital role in the food industry construction and supports advancements in food factory construction through its research and development initiatives. Its lab function is to share in conducting the research plan for the development of food and nutrition for humans and animals, contributing to improved food production facility standards and innovation in food processing facility design. DT has the function of protecting the Data Center using the HI-FOG® Water Mist system.

With a strong focus on research-driven development, the center continues to enhance efficiency, safety, and quality across the food and feed sectors. Its work supports sustainable growth and modern practices in food production, aligning with evolving industry needs and international standards.
