The project comprises 40 towers varying in height, covering 230,000 square meters and offering more than 6,000 luxury hotel rooms, apartments, retail areas, restaurants, and offices.

DT has the function of protecting the buildings which includes service rooms and utility rooms using HI-FOG® water mist system and Securiton fire detection system.
