12 Hotels – Jabal Omar Area
This MEGA project consists of 12 hotels and a district cooling plant (chillers) for providing hotel accommodations, commercial spaces, and public areas to support religious and commercial activities during Hajj and Umrah time .
DT has the function of protecting the 12 Hotels using the HI-FOG® Water Mist system.
The Hotels:
- The Hilton Gate Makkah consists of two towers 45 stories high, housing 650 guest rooms in total
- The Hilton – Convention Center a built-up area of 128,000m², consisting of two towers housing 783 guestrooms in total
- Sheraton with a built-up area of 115,000 m2, consisting of two towers housing 526 guestrooms in total
- Marriott is a five-star hotel with 426 rooms and suites operated by Marriott Hotels and Resorts
- The Conrad is a luxury five-star hotel with 438 rooms and suites operated by Hilton Worldwide
- The Hyatt Regency Makkah is a five-star hotel with 656 rooms and suites operated by Hyatt Hotels Corporation
- The Westin Makkah with a built-up area of 110,000m², consisting of two towers housing 507 guestrooms in total
- Best Western Makkah consists of two towers 20 stories high, housing 581 guestrooms in total
- Double Tree Makkah consists of two towers 25 stories high, housing 668 guestrooms in total
- Sofitel consisting of Three towers 20 stories high, housing 652 guest rooms in total
- Millennium consists of two towers 20 stories high, housing 581 guest rooms in total
