Job Description

– Receive projects (inquiries and tenders) from sales engineers and send them to the right design team depending on the requirements.
– Follow up the projects through the design process (following the deadline, the required data is all sent and in a later stage review the design)
– Send the design to the technical support team and to the commercial team to issue the technical and commercial submittals and send them to the related sales engineer
– Monitor the tenders (progress and status)
– Develop Primavera schedules for projects (before the contract)
– Monitor and mark the KPIs for all the sales teams
– Approve the sales expenses according to the sales rubric
– Review and analyze the design timesheet
– Monitor and mark all the KPIs for the design teams
– Attend project handover meetings to make sure the sales team handed over the projects perfectly to the execution team
– Attend pipeline meetings to track the pipeline of each sales engineer
– Track the progress of the R&D team
– Develop both the sales and the design team with suggestions for training and others
– Several other tasks could be added depending on the performance and evaluation

Job Requirements: 

– Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Electrical
– (1-2) experience in Pre-Sales
– Excellent English is a must
– Very Good in Microsoft (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
– AutoCAD is a must
– Ability to work well under pressure
– Good verbal and written communication skills
– Problem-solving skills
– Team working skills

Assists in managing projects.
Helps in writing a weekly report for all projects to the PM Planning Engineer.
Receives, analyzes, and reviews reports from Site dept. for status on-site.
Follows up on the actual cost/ project budget.
Issues all material POs and ensures all material is delivered on time.
Ensures SMs order the needed fixation material.
Issues all client extract.
Follow up with the treasury to collect the project dues.

Revises Tender documents in order to fully understand project contractual & technical scope
Completes Tender Contract Review Form and submits to management
When necessary by Tender Requirements, Provide Tender Technical Document Requirement List to Management
Responsible for Contract review, including all revisions until Contract Award
Review and analysis of the sub-contractors / Suppliers’ offers which are obtained by T.O., to include its impacts on the time, and cost of the tender projects.
If necessary, provides and assists with the completion of Technical Forms, ex: Tender Technical Overview Form.
Provides any assistance, and responsibilities for Planning & Controls Dept. as appropriate
If needed, Interfaces with clients, attends pre-construction & construction meetings and provides Contract reports.
Coordinates with the Manager on deadlines, issues, etc.
Prepare and assist to risk assessment within the contract review.
Contract in-hand process (active projects):

Revises Contracts in-hand of Project documents in order to fully understand project contractual scope
Provides Management with a list of Signed Contractual Obligations with respective dates and updates when necessary
Provides necessary contract support for ongoing projects to Management when necessary.

Subcontracts process:

Creates Standard Subcontract forms/templates for all trades to be trade specific & sent to management / Project management for project use
Trade Specific Subcontract forms to be accompanied by a list of supporting Documents: BOQ / Dwgs / Specs / Financial Guarantees (if necessary),…etc.

Job Description

Understand the client HSE requirements and Local Authority workmen regulations.
Coordinate the HSE requirements with all project disciplines.
Ensure that all HSE Manpower and resources are available and sufficient before the mobilization.
Make regular visits to the project sites for the purpose of auditing and follow-up actions and/or attending HSE management meetings and report any deficiencies and/or client requirements to project management for both DT and Construction subcontractor.
Preparing and issuing project HSE plan and site emergency plan and their adequate implementation.
Participating in task risk assessment.
Participating in the Accident investigation process and reporting team.
Supervise all construction subcontractors’ site HSE activities and inspect the work site daily to report and correct unsafe actions and/or conditions.
Prepare and issue weekly and monthly HSE reports to the project manager
Participate in site HSE induction and specific training for all site personnel.
Preparing and leading all HSE meetings at the site.
Ensure that permit to work system is in place and all related risk assessments have been undertaken and communicated and are regularly monitored by systematic HSE inspections of the work areas.
Coordinate client and DT HSE audit requirements with construction disciplines and subcontractors.
Prepare HSE statistics and presentations that reflect site HSE performance indicators and highlight areas of improvement.
Keeping site HSE filling system including records for all injuries, fire, motor vehicles accidents, Property Damage, and crane & heavy equipment accidents that have occurred at the site.

 Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, or a related field.).

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or other relevant design software.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and content trends.
• Experience in designing branded giveaways, promotional materials, and corporate gifts.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Basic knowledge of marketing principles and branding.
• Video editing and motion graphics skills are a plus.
